Terms and Conditions

These terms & conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the LIGHTFX Entertainment Private Limited and the services provided by it. (1) By accessing, viewing, or using this website of LIGHTFX’s and the websites as mentioned in Annexure A below, the applications in relation thereto, including online ordering, call center service or (2) by installation of the mobile application software provided by LIGHTFX’s (“Website”), you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions.
Subject to Applicable Law, LIGHTFX’s may, in its discretion, from time to time amend or otherwise modify the Terms & Conditions. LIGHTFX’s recommends that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions each time you visit the Website as the Terms & Conditions may affect your rights.
If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions of Use, do not use the Website for its intended usage.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The below mentioned terms of the shipping and delivery are qualified by the Shipping Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received by LIGHTFX Floraltouch’s before 1:30 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
LIGHTFX Floraltouch’s does not guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. LIGHTFX Floraltouch’s will endeavor to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, LIGHTFX Floraltouch’s recommends that you place your orders at least 5 (five) days in advance. Express delivery products may not be delivered along with courier products.
LIGHTFX Floraltouch’s, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient\’s address
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions or elsewhere on the Website, any delivery times provided by LIGHTFX Floraltouch’s are estimates. Currently LIGHTFX Floraltouch’s delivers within the 5 cities. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the order/product to be shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

Refunds
Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, in the event LIGHTFX Floraltouch decides to refund to you, BFPL will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount but in some case LIGHTFX Floraltouch will refund the money back and the refund could be processed if we have account details of the customer. Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
Online Refund is credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by LIGHTFX Floraltouch refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline Refund is credited once customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days. Once processed by LIGHTFX Floraltouch refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
BFPL is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
•    Flowers Bouquets delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
•    Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
•    Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
•    Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
 
Exchanges
LIGHTFX Floraltouch will not accept any product exchanges

Shipping Disclaimer

For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by LIGHTFX Floraltouch before 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST. For same-day fixed time delivery, orders must be received by LIGHTFX Floraltouch before 6:30 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST. For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by LIGHTFX Floraltouch before 7:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the order/product to be shipped.
Delivery may take longer due to:
Bad weather
    Political disruptions
    Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
For Midnight Deliveries

Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am on mentioned / asked delivery date.
For Fix Time Delivery

We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer the order will be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per selected time.

Products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners may arrive within 3-4 working days, while products from our other categories will arrive on your selected date of delivery.

It is also possible that LIGHTFX Floraltouch 's courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. In this case, the delivery may not be made on the estimated date.

The date of delivery you choose is approximate. Your gift may be delivered a day prior or day after.

Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 5 days in advance.

Express delivery products may not be delivered along with courier products.

Our courier service providers do not telephone prior to delivering an order.

For perishable like flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

    Wrong shipping/delivery address.
    Recipient not available.
    Premises locked.
    Recipient refusing to accept the delivery

In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.
Delivery to Hospitals Policy

The florists in our LIGHTFX Floraltouch network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.

LIGHTFX Floraltouch will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Delivery to Hotels Policy

The florists in our LIGHTFX Floraltouch network are experienced at making deliveries to hotels. However please be aware to make the following information available:

    Hotel Name
    Full address of the hotel
    Room Number
    Telephone number of the hotel
    Name of Tour Company, if applicable
    If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed and no refund will be made in such cases.

Delivery to Wedding Halls/ Marriages Policy

For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our delivery confirmation SMS and mail.
Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises

Our florists are experienced at making deliveries to hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please be aware to make the following information available:

    Name of Recipient and Sender
    Hostel Name
    Full address of the hostel
    Room Number
    Telephone number of the hostel

The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the vendor. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.


For delivery at Remote Locations and Towns

Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, all the orders received by 6 p.m. would be delivered on next day between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Deliveries are made on Sundays only for Express Deliveries. No deliveries are made by third party courier agencies on a Sunday. The products can be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the 'List of Serviceable Cities'.

 In case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order etc.LIGHTFX Floraltouch reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by BFPL In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to BFPL, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by BFPL. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:

    Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    Recipient not available.
    Premises locked.
    Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable.
    Recipient refused the products.
    Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbourhood.
    Please note that flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location.LIGHTFX Floraltouch will not entertain any complaint for such items after days from the time of delivery.
    The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
    We can’t commit a time for the delivery.
    Correct and elaborate address and contact number is must of the recipient for placing the order.

.In the event the address, contact number, customer details, pin code provided is wrong or incomplete, we will not be able to deliver orders. Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays and strikes. Order once dispatched from our end would be the responsibility of the courier company and delivery would take 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
LIGHTFX Floraltouch makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. LIGHTFX Floraltouch is will not cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en-route or delivered.Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed.
Duplicate Orders
If you placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered.
Payment Terms
For each product or service you order on the Website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the such product or service as of the time you submitted your order (“Product Price”), the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, if any (“Delivery Fees”), All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in the Terms and Conditions). Without limiting other remedies,
Order delivery is totally subject to the payment received by LIGHTFX Floraltouch. Unless payment is received by LIGHTFX Floraltouch, no order will be processed.
Problems with an Order
LIGHTFX Floraltouch makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know.
Note: LIGHTFX Floraltouch will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
